EGS Awarded Impact Sliding Glass Doors Project for Two Towers in Siesta Key, Sarasota, FL

Our team at EGS is thrilled to announce our latest project at Our House at the Beach (OHATB), a stunning waterfront community located just across the street from the world-famous Siesta Key Public Beach in Sarasota, Florida. This exciting project involves furnishing and installing impact-resistant sliding glass doors for the two seven-story mid-rise towers that make up OHATB, providing residents with a combination of safety, style, and convenience.

The project, scheduled for completion in the summer of 2026, will encompass both the East and West Towers of OHATB, offering residents direct access to some of Florida’s most sought-after coastal views and beachside living. Our team is collaborating closely with the condominium board, consulting engineers from Paramount Consulting and Engineering (PCE), and the installation contractor, Properties of Elegant Distinction (PED), to ensure that every aspect of the project meets the highest standards of safety, functionality, and aesthetics.
