Plant Manager

Alejandro Freiria brings an extensive background and experience in construction, installation, and management to EGS International LLC. He assists in training and certifying our extensive dealer and installer base in all aspects of proper installation of our high-performance impact door and window system. Alejandro excels in sharing his knowledge by aiding clients in incorporating state-of-the-art door and window systems, which are built in and for Florida’s unique ecosystem.

Director of Sales & Project Development

I joined EGS International in 2017, starting in the manufacturing department where I focused on fabrication and field service work. Over time, I transitioned into the role of manufacturer’s representative, supporting both existing and new dealers in understanding and promoting our high-performance impact sliding glass doors. During that time, I also played a key role in launching and promoting our Rampart fixed window system. Today, as Manager of Sales and Business Development, I work closely with our dealer network, engineers, and condominium boards, handling onsite visits and overseeing all project quoting.

DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Allan W. German brings over 35 years of an extensive background and experience in sales, marketing, business development. Customer relations, communication and strategic development working with B to B, B to C clients and C-Level Executives. He has held positions as a Principal, Vice President, Consultant, National Account Executive and Director in industries including technology, healthcare, finance, leasing and the fenestration industry. Allan is a graduate of Dale Carnegie sales and sales management, Grant Cardone 10X, Robbins Research International and is an Honored Professional in Executives and Professionals listed in The National Directory of Who’s Who and The New York Institute of Technology.
